What is CSV?
A CSV file is a table saved as plain text, one row per line with the values separated by commas. In countries where the comma is the decimal mark, such as Sweden and Germany, Excel uses semicolons instead. CSV has no formatting, formulas or multiple sheets.
What is TSV?
TSV is like CSV, but the values are separated by tab characters. Since text rarely contains tabs, TSV needs no quoting, which makes it popular for data exports and for pasting tables between apps.
